Google Play Store cannot start because the Download Manager has been disabled. Enable it?
Now have choice between ‘Cancel' and ‘OK'. I click on OK and then I get the message:

-- go to settings
-- then app manager
-- select the all category
-- select google play store
-- clear all the data
-- force stop google play store

2.Under 'Device', touch Apps or Application manager (depending on the device, this may be different).
3.Swipe to view 'All' apps.
4.Select the Download Manager app. ?If an Enable option is shown, Download Manager is turned off. Touch Enable to turn it on.
?If a Disable option is shown, Download Manager is turned on. Keep Download Manager turned on to download apps.
